We have over 100 floor plans to choose from and can custom design and build, or, make changes to existing floor plans to suit each customers needs. All of the homes currently being built or listed as SOLD can be rebuilt on a lot of your choice. Just click over onto our Gallery Tab or take a look at some of the homes we have already built to see if their is one that suits your needs and lifestyle. We can also help you locate a lot in the area that will accommodate the particular home build you have in mind. Any of our homes can be built with either a 2 or 3 car garage, or even a workshop. You can pick the width and depth of the garage to suit your needs, and then it would only depend then on whether the lot chosen will accommodate it.
